Delete your Finrival account
Finrival provides an in-app deletion path and this external web resource so you can request permanent account deletion even if you no longer have access to the app.

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot access your account, you can initiate deletion through this external resource by emailing:
Where possible, send the request from the email address associated with your Finrival account. We may ask for reasonable verification before processing the request.
What is deleted
Subject to legal and technical requirements, account deletion is intended to remove:
- Your Firebase Authentication account.
- Account-linked Finrival user records.
- Account-linked Watchlist or related stored account data, where applicable.
- Account-linked price alerts.
- Registered push-notification tokens.
- Account-linked AI quota or rate-control records where applicable.
- Other account-linked data that Finrival is not legally required or otherwise permitted to retain.
What may be retained
Limited data may be retained where reasonably necessary for:
- Legal compliance.
- Security.
- Fraud or abuse prevention.
- Resolving billing or entitlement disputes.
- Enforcing legal rights.
- Technical backups for a limited period.
Any retained data will be limited to what is necessary for the relevant purpose. For more detail, see the Data Retention section of the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions are separate
You must manage or cancel an active subscription through the applicable store account. Deleting your account may cause loss of access to account-linked Finrival data and features.
