Delete it yourself, in under a minute
- Open Control CenterOpen Finrival and tap the menu at the top right.
- Go to Account / SecurityFind the account and security controls.
- Choose Delete Account & DataFollow the verification and confirmation steps.
No app, or can't sign in?
Email us from the address linked to your Finrival account and we'll handle the deletion for you.

If you can access your Finrival account, use the in-app deletion flow: Control Center → Account / Security → Delete Account & Data, then follow the verification and permanent-deletion confirmation steps shown in the app.
For account-security reasons, Finrival may require you to sign in again or complete reasonable verification before deletion is completed.
Request deletion from the web
If the app is no longer installed or you can't access your account, you can start deletion from this page by emailing support@finrival.com with the subject "Finrival Account Deletion Request".
Where possible, send the request from the email address associated with your Finrival account. We may ask for reasonable verification before processing it.
What is deleted
Subject to legal and technical requirements, account deletion is intended to remove:
- Your Firebase Authentication account.
- Account-linked Finrival user records.
- Account-linked watchlist and related stored account data, where applicable.
- Account-linked price alerts.
- Registered push-notification tokens.
- Account-linked AI quota or rate-control records, where applicable.
- Other account-linked data that Finrival is not legally required or otherwise permitted to retain.
What may be retained
Limited data may be kept where reasonably necessary for:
- Legal compliance.
- Security.
- Fraud or abuse prevention.
- Resolving billing or entitlement disputes.
- Enforcing legal rights.
- Technical backups, for a limited period.
Any retained data is limited to what is necessary for the relevant purpose. For more detail, see Data retention in the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions are separate
Manage or cancel an active subscription through the applicable store account. Deleting your account may also mean losing access to account-linked Finrival data and features.
